Beth is selfless with her time and a systems guru and has helped implement 3 CRM’s at Allen Lane!

Ridhi initially joined Allen Lane to deliver talent for the Interim and Permanent IT teams before joining the growing Legal & Governance practice as a 360 Interim Recruiter in 2023.

Ridhi is from good old Streatham but moved to the states at the tender age of 15, returning in 2022 when Allen Lane came calling. Living in both the UK and US for so long makes for a pretty awkward accent. Most days she’s English and some days she’s American, depending on the weather. In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, explore new restaurants and try her hand at pottery.

Steve joined Allen Lane after three successful years at Sullivan and Stanley, where he started as a resourcer before being promoted twice – a feat he has matched at Allen Lane. Steve joined us in early 2020 to help enhance Allen Lane’s IT presence focusing predominately on Central Government appointments before being tasked with leading our interim NFP and Education IT presence.

Originally from Melbourne, Steve is a fan of all sports. He played a lot cricket in his youth and despite a selective memory, is happy to talk about his favourite tests wins with most English fans. He once played a club game with his father, during which he unintentionally dropped a catch off Wills snr’s bowling. His early work experience included time spent in the Australian army and he has worked tirelessly in support of the Ukraine.

        Alex Gittins

An International Business and Hospitality graduate, Alex has been extremely passionate about the sector since starting his recruitment career in 2012. His recruitment journey started at a national recruitment firm on their graduate scheme, working his way up to managing a large and successful team, billing over a million pounds per year. Alex moved into the world of HR in 2018 and after nearly six years at a specialist consultancy, joined Allen Lane to grow the HR practice.

Often mistaken for England cricket “legend” Jack Leach, sports enthusiast Alex spends his weekends following Leeds United up and down the country (someone has too) along with hacking his way around the golf course. He once had to pretend to be hypnotised at a live show in front of thousands of people, which tested his acting skills to the fullest!
