        An exciting opportunity for a Property Services Manager has arisen to lead the Property Services Team, ensuring safe and effective property support services.

        As Property Services Manager, you will manage a team of Coordinators, oversee compliance, and drive operational excellence.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Manage and motivate the Property Services Team, ensuring effective performance and resource management.
        • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, housing standards, and statutory requirements.
        • Contribute to budget preparation, monitoring, and control, aligning with legislative standards.
        • Develop and implement processes for high-quality property maintenance and retrofit programs.
        • Foster relationships with contractors, ensuring cost-effective and quality service delivery.

        Qualifications and Skills

        • Minimum 3 years’ experience in housing and property management.
        • Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety, compliance, and building regulations.
        • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
        • Commitment to company values and flexibility to address emergencies outside normal hours.

        Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday
