        My client, an NHS organisation in the south, are looking for a Business Process Re-Engineering Lead on an interim basis, to design and implement an organisational-wide investment strategy, implementing a digital solution to improve the investment management processes including procurement, business cases etc.

         

        The successful candidate will work within an experienced Programme Team, acting as the Lead for key stakeholders across the organisation, including the Programme Transformation, Corporate Finance, Governance, Performance, Procurement and Quality teams who will all be positively impacted by this organisational change. The initial focus will be analysis on the current state of the organisation and how they manage investment (As-is, to-be, capturing requirements, benefits realisation etc.) before the eventual design, influence and sign-off of a new strategy, which will include working alongside the IT portfolio in the creation of a digital solution. This will be coupled with the development of a more agile, streamlined working practice.

         

        We require a highly experienced candidate who has the ability to influence senior stakeholders and who has a proven track record of re-designing organisation-wide ethos’.

        It’ll be highly desirable for this candidate to have experience leading on a paper-based to digital solution programme before, so they know best practices and can liaise effectively with technical teams. They’ll be walking into a warm environment with a lot of stakeholder backing, but a lack of ability internally to lead on this re-design means this candidate will have a lot of reliance put upon them to lead, utilising their proven experience.
