        Allen Lane Environmental Policy Statement

Allen Lane has established itself as the market leader in Public Sector Recruitment since 2004, specialising in the provision of interim recruitment, executive search, permanent recruitment and managed service solutions. We have a reputation for excellence in our field which is demonstrated and supported by our commitment to our Business Management System.

Initially specialising in Finance, we have steadily grown our work to include IT, Procurement, Legal and Governance and Project Management as well as other niche areas. Through our network of clients, candidates and contacts, we have been able to help develop the careers of professionals throughout the sector.

To support our environmental commitments, we have implemented a Business Management System, based around the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.

It is our aim to operate and maintain systems of work which manage and mitigate identified significant environmental aspects related to our activities and services. We are committed to the fulfilment of our legal and contractual obligation including environmental legislation, regulations and codes of practice. Our Business Management System provides a structure to establish objectives that will support us to achieve the aims defined in this policy.

Through the continual improvement of our management system, we aim to enhance our environmental performance through:

        • Reducing the environmental impact of our activities and services, in a manner that also supports sustainable business growth
        • Increasing awareness and prevention of potential pollution that results from our activities or services
        • Consideration and promotion of sustainable and / or recycled materials, where we can influence

The Business Management System is maintained and is subject to internal and external audit. The requirements of the Business Management System are mandatory and all staff have a responsibility to adhere to them.

This policy will be maintained and will be communicated, understood and applied within the company. It is available on request to relevant interested parties.
